王心笛，女，汉族，1993 年 3 月生，中共党员，博士研究生，现任人工智能系讲师。
主要研究方向为不确定决策优化算法、数智融合、多模态数据挖掘。近年来，以第一作者或通讯作者身份在 Expert Systems with Applications，Applied Soft Computing，Oeconomia Copernicana，《系统工程学报》等国际国内高水平期刊发表论文 8 篇，参研多项国家自然科学基金项目。
担任 Applied Intelligence， Expert Systems with Applications 等国际 SCI 期刊的审稿人。主讲《数据库技术》等课程。
